Returns & Exchanges

At Clothing by BP, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all BP tags are intact and the item is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
